How do I get paid?
You get payment for completed orders reflected on your AfriMarketSquare in-app balance which will give you option to request for settlement to your linked account. We will process your settlement and settle your balance to account.
How long does payout settlement take?
Settlement to account usually take 1-3 days, but in some case it may take up to 7 days if seller receive order report.
What is the different between in-app checkout & self collection?
IN-APP CHECKOUT: This method simply gives seller option to receive customers order in app, allowing customers to pay for product & services online using AfriMarketSquare customers protection
CHAT & SELF COLLECTION: This option allow sellers to only receive product enquiry from customers allowing the customer to make payment outside AfriMarketSquare without any customer protection.
