AfriMarketSquare is a global online marketplace for buying and selling services and goods such as food, grocery, electronics, fashion items, furniture, household goods and many more.

2. How do i order from AfriMarketSquare?

To place your order, browse through the market categories to add desire product to your shopping cart. Then click on "CHECKOUT" button enter/select your delivery address and confirm your order.

3. What is the different between checkout and inquiry?

Checkout: Checkout method allow you to put multiple product in shopping cart, and checkout at once while the seller receives your order information.

Inquiry: Inquiry allows you to select a single product, then start a chat with the seller to negotiate the price of supply and send your delivery information manually.

NOTE: The both options depends on seller store preference

4. How fast do you deliver?

Most of the product has "EDT, ETD" which stands for Estimated Delivery Time and Estimated Time Departure, before you add a product to cart make sure that your comfortable with. If the seller delay your delivery please kindly report the seller to support or cancel order to receive a refund.

5. How do i pay for my order?

AfriMarketSquare has different payment method available. We accept Credit/Debit Card Payment, Bank Transfer or eWallet Payment for fast checkout.

We also accept Cash On Delivery, but this method depends on seller, if seller enable the option customers can pay when the product arrive.

6. What are the delivery hours?

The delivery hour depends on seller store. Before placing an other please make sure that the seller store is still in operational hour.

7. How do i check the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, click on "VIEW ORDER" then click on "ORDER STATUS" to see if seller have confirmed your order or not. We will always notify you of the status.

8. How can i change my order after placed?

You cannot request for change before delivery, but you can always cancel order.

9. How do i cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order before the seller accepts the order. If the seller has fulfilled order process you can create a dispute to get refund or exchange.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Once your order is placed & our seller has fulfilled the order you cannot cancel anymore, you can create a dispute allowing support to look into your cancellation reasons before settling dispute. However you have an option to preview your order before confirming checkout, avoid cancellation.

The AfriMarketSquare seller center is your central place for managing your listing as well as all your sales and marketing efforts across your AfriMarketSquare stores. You can access the AfriMarketSquare seller center through the mobile app.

2. How do i register in AfriMarketSquare Seller Center?

To register your business in AfriMarketSquare Seller Center, simply download the Android or IOS app.

Click on "Create Account", and fill up your business information to get started.

3. What is the different between in-app checkout & self collection?

IN-APP CHECKOUT: This method simply gives seller option to receive customers order in app, allowing customers to pay for product & services online using AfriMarketSquare customers protection

CHAT & SELF COLLECTION: This option allow sellers to only receive product enquiry from customers allowing the customer to make payment outside AfriMarketSquare without any customer protection.

4. Do sellers pay for listing?

Listing product & service on AfriMarketSquare is totally free. But we charge AfriMarketSquare Coin when creating a promotion or deal campaign for listing.

5. What is AfriMarketSquare Coin?

AfriMarketSquare Coin (AMC), is a virtual token which we use in AfriMarketSquare Seller Center for creating promotions and live streaming.

AMC can be transferred across with other AfriMarketSquare Seller without any transaction charges.

Note: AMC is not money and cannot be exchanged with real cash.

6. How do i get AfriMarketSquare Coin?

You can purchase AfriMarketSquare Coin or earn free Coin when you successfully fulfil customer order or earn reputation.

7. How do I get paid after fulfilling customer order?

You get payment for completed orders reflected on your AfriMarketSquare in-app balance which will give you option to request for settlement to your linked account. We will process your settlement and settle your balance to account within 3 days while some seller account might take up to 7 days.

8. How long does payout settlement take?

Settlement to account usually take 1-3 days, but in some case it may take up to 7 days if seller receive order dispute / report.

9. Can i create a gift voucher?

Yes seller can create unlimited a discount voucher for store discount only or for general.

To create a cash voucher, seller must have enough balance, since cash voucher is a real cash customer who receive cash voucher can use it to shop in any store across AfriMarketSquare

10. Can i create a private gift voucher?

Yes sellers can privatize voucher by specifying customer email and usage count as well as expiry date.

11. What is the different between cash voucher and discount voucher?

Cash Voucher: This is type of voucher is redeemable in AfriMarketSquare eWallet. Customer can use this at anytime for easy checkout once collected.

Discount Voucher: This type of voucher is meant to give customer one-time discount while checking out.
