Return Policy
For some reason if you are not happy with your purchase, you can issue a refund/exchange request within 7 days from the delivery date. Once you have requested for refund/exchange atomically AfriMarketSquare will open a private dispute chat between you and the seller.
A return to seller policy is when Sellers will either approve or reject the request based on a valid return reason.
As part of this process, you or the seller may request to "SETTLE" the dispute without the help of support. But in the case where no action is taken by seller, as part of services AfriMarketSquare also helps resolving disputes if such should arise between buyers and sellers, will look into the request and resolve the dispute against seller or buyer based on digital evidence provided buy seller and buyer.
